Practical 4!

I introduced Ned's crepe into this project as i often buy their product and i feel that their food are real good just that they are lack of advertisements on their shop. Thus i suggested to work with them.

For CA1 presentation, everyone in the group have done their work and compiled together. I did the final checking for details and content making sure that we didn't missed out anything before submitting before deadline.
For the report, i did the executive summary and value proposition.

For practical 3, my group, verghese, syafiq and me doing local competitors of Ned's crepes. I've researched on a lot of companies before my group settled down with Saybons. (Eg: Mazazu Crepe, Crepe2u ) However we realised the other companies are either not located in Singapore or they do not have a Facebook Page, thus we chose Saybons instead.
For the presentation, i've searched on how often Saybons update their Facebook Page, how many followers they have. The pros and cons of Saybons and from there, i can conclude what Ned's crepe should improve on which definitely helped in our strategies planning for our CA2. And for this presentation, i also did the final checking and editing before submitting.

For CA2, i'm contributed some ideas regarding on the promotions. ( Eg: Buy 3 get 1 Free  ).
However, this was afterwards being executed in a Reward Card form of way. I've also suggested that
every chop on the Reward card have to be at least $4 worth, thus buying set meal $4.90 will get a chop and it also prompt people to spend more on the company.
However, there's feedback that $4 is too expensive just to get a chop and people will not buy it. Thus we agreed on  "buy 1 crepe get 1 chop" .

I did compilations of reflections and Facebook Insights for the presentations.
However, i still did the final checking and editing before letting our leader to submit.

Good experience working with company outside school.
